OUR PROCESS

The process of building a new pool can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

We take care to be there for our clients every step of the way - before, during, and after a project is finished.

Get your feet wet with the basics of our process here, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Phase one

Consultation & Brainstorming

We’ll have an initial phone conversation to go over broad ideas of what the client wants and answer questions. We’ll schedule a meeting at the client’s home to look at the desired area for the project and take measurements and photos. We’ll listen to what clients are envisioning, take note of styles they prefer, and help brainstorm ideas.

Phase Two

Draw the the 3D Model

We use a software called Pool 360 that allows us to create a 3D, to-scale view of the pool in client’s backyard.  We’ll take into account all the ideas we discussed, size of the pool and any restrictions the property may have.  The client will be able to see a digitally rendered version of their project before any serious actions occur, and changes to the rendering are easy to make.

Phase three

Present a Proposal

We will fill in the details of the 3D model with the best materials for the aesthetics of the design and function of the space. We’ll then present this proposal and an estimate to the client.

Phase four

Finalize the Budget & Materials

We’ll schedule a meeting with the client to review our proposal. Together we will make adjustments to the allowances made for materials such as plaster color, waterline tile, coping, and decking.

Phase five

Sign the Contract

After the client signs the contract, we’ll submit the plan for permitting.

Phase six

Construction

Once permitting is approved, construction will begin. We’ll be in frequent communication with progress updates and visit the site regularly.

Phase seven

The Hand-off

After construction is complete, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll spend some time teaching you how to care for your new pool, how to work the automated features and answer any questions.
