This home was a blank slate but with a physical challenge - the yard had a big elevation change in it. We addressed that by adding steps and designing a pool that accommodated the elevation change. Also of note:

• We installed a raised spa with a tiled wet wall in front

• Put in steps off the back of the spa leading to a lounging area

• Created raised stucco planters around the house to cover the foundation with landscaping

• Replaced an existing fence with a horizontal privacy fence and gate

• Installed new landscaping around the pool area

• Lighting for the trees in the yard and steps - both on an automated timer

• The front of the house received upgraded landscaping

• We also installed a limestone parking pad and a walkway from the driveway to the arched entryway

• Built an alcoved privacy wall with benches for the entryway
